This Waste Pump operates in a fully automatic manner. The Two-Way Manifold IC senses when water needs to be pumped, and delivers electrical signals to activate the pump. The compact pump fits in areas that could not accommodate sumps or waste tanks, and it delivers fast drainage with a flow rate of 5 gallons (19 liters) per minute. It is easy to install and is service-free as there are no moving parts to clog or burn. The kit includes a plug-and-play Gulper IC pump and a Two-Way Manifold IC with 13 feet (4m) of cable. The pump will deliver a long service life as it self-primes, can be run dry without causing damage, and it has a soft start for its own protection. It also operates with low-current controlled switching to prevent switch failure from high currents. This 12V DC pump weighs 4.5 pounds (1.6 kg), connects using 16 AWG cable, and uses a 10-amp fuse. Its outlets have barbed connections of ¾-in. (19mm) and 1-in. (25mm), and the materials in contact with fluids are glass-filled nylon, Santoprene®, and stainless steel.
